• build strong networks for success,
• strategically address barriers and challenges to career growth and leadership development,
• develop leadership skills, and
• lead effective and high-functioning teams.

Many studies have highlighted the need to increase the role of women in leadership and to address the barriers women face in advancing into leadership.
