Professor Martin Olszynski will be appearing before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans today.
Professor Martin Olszynski will be appearing before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans on Monday, October 31. Martin will be testifying about the 2012 changes to the habitat protection provisions of the Fisheries Act, which he examined in his 2015 article: "" (2015) 28(1) J. Env. L. & Prac. 1 The Committee's review is part of a of Canada's environmental law regime.
