Professor Jonnette Watson Hamilton is participating in a five-day workshop on "Women, Rights and Religion," which is taking place at the ����ɫ�� August 28-30, and will conclude at the at the University of Victoria on August 31 and September 1.

The workshop includes about 20 female academics from around the world: South Africa, the Philippines, Germany, Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, USA, and India, as well as from Canada. Jonnette will be making a public presentation in Victoria of a work-in-progress written by herself and Professor Jennifer Koshan on “Women, Religious Freedom, Equality Rights and the Role of Choice in Canadian Constitutional Law.”
