UCVM DVM students present research at American pathologist annual meeting
UCVM was well-represented at the recent American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP) annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas. Each year, the meeting includes a DVM student poster session. This year, three abstracts were accepted from UCVM that involved a total of seven of our DVM students. All were wildlife pathology cases that were submitted to UCVM's Diagnostic Services Unit and were diagnosed by Dr. Jamie Rothenburger.Â
In addition to the poster session, the ACVP meeting hosts special events for students including a special breakfast, making it a unique and exciting opportunity. Brock Chappell and Jordan Greenfield were able to attend the conference to present their poster in person.
