Biography

Suvi-Tuulia Lorenz is the founder/program-coordinator of High River Food For Thought. From humble beginnings helping to feed a few hungry children, she has expanded her efforts that no child should go hungry at school, ensuring they have the nutrition they need to learn and play. Through her dedication and leadership over 37,300 meals were prepared for school aged children in the Foothills last school year. Her unique approach to food security issues has led her to focus on the challenges particular around youth and rural communities.
