Biography
Lianchun is a Ph.D. student in the Energy Bioengineering Group under the supervision of Dr. Marc Strous. She received her M.Sc. in Microbial Ecology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2022. Currently, Lianchun’s research vision is to break the alkalinity ceiling of oxygen-producing photosynthesis of cyanobacteria in soda lakes and to provide a promising path for expanding the ecological niche scale of these unique microorganisms.
