Taping, Bandaging, and Splinting
Current techniques to help athletes safely compete or return to competition. Course Hours:3 units; H(1-3) Prerequisite(s):Admission to Athletic Therapy Major. Notes:Course begins prior to the start of the Fall Term (usually the last week of August).
Practical case studies to develop leadership and problem solving skills applicable to Athletic Therapy issues. Practical experience in athletic equipment fitting, maintenance, selection, repair, and CSA certification. Course Hours:3 units; H(3-3) Prerequisite(s):Successful completion of Mount Royal University Certificate in Athletic Therapy courses. Notes:Course begins prior to the start of Fall Term (usually the third week of August).
