3.8 BCR Requirements

There are two routes within the Bachelor of Community Rehabilitation Program:

  1. Four-year (on-campus)
  2. Two-year post-diploma (distance delivery* or on-campus)

Five-year Combined Degree:

  1. Combined BCR/BA or BSc (Psychology)
Two minors are available to students in other faculties:
  1. Minor in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies
  2. Minor in Adapted and Therapeutic Physical Activity (for Kinesiology students only)*
*Applications to these programs are currently suspended. No new admissions will be permitted.

Course Lists for BCR Degree Programs

  • Some of the courses listed have prerequisites and may be in high demand. Registration in these courses is not assured. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that prerequisites are completed.
  • Psychology 200 and 201 are strongly recommended, but not required.
  • Students considering senior courses in a given discipline are strongly encouraged to complete foundation courses in their first two years of study in order to meet prerequisites for senior courses.
