- Players will push off and glide forward on one leg in a straight line for as long as they can, maintaining control as they pass back and forth with a partner
- Maintain knee alignment over ankle
- Keep torso upright and positioned straight ahead

- Single-leg glides are useful for ringetteÌýplayers to maintain good knee control and ankle stability.
- Strong foot/ankle position ensures movement occurs forward (and not to either side).
