Leah is primarily interested in factors that influence recovery from mild traumatic brain injury. More specifically she wishes to examine factors that may differ between children affected by sport-related concussions and those affected by non-sport related concussions.ÌýÌýLeah's masters thesis will investigate the effects of social support and loneliness on recovery from post-concussive symptoms in children after sport-related versus non-sport-related concussion.
