General Information and Policies

High School students entering the Bachelor of Health Sciences Program, Faculty of Medicine in Fall 2014 are encouraged to submit the on-line High School Awards application to the Student Awards Office by December 15th, 2013. (The Supplementary Admission Application must also be received in the Faculty of Medicine by January 15, 2014.) Applicants who apply for awards by the deadline of December 15 will be considered for all competitive high school awards including the Chancellor’s Club Scholarships and the new “prestige” entrance scholarships designated to BHSc students. The BHSc scholarships are valued at $60,000; $15,000 per year, renewable for three years. Recipients of the new BHSc scholarships are assured entrance to the Faculty of Medicine, MD Program at the ɫ, provided they meet additional criteria upon completion of the Bachelor of Health Science degree program.
