P.4.11 International Students

Students who are not Canadian citizens, permanent residents or conventional refugees of Canada are required to pay international tuition fees. Students may be asked to provide documentation to confirm their immigration status.

International students who are dependants of foreign Consular officials in Canada will be assessed fees at the Canadian student rates.

International students whose immigration status changes will be required to provide proof of the new status before a change in fee assessment will be made. Students must provide a signed copy of their permanent residence papers, conventional refugee or citizenship papers to Enrolment Services prior to the end of term date in the Academic Schedule of the Calendar. Requests received after the end of term date will take effect during the next academic term in which the student is registered.
