P.4.4 Overdue Student Accounts

Any current or former student with an outstanding account balance, including any fees owed to administrative departments, the Students' Union or the Graduate Students' Association, will not be allowed to register in future terms, and their official transcripts and/or degree parchment will be withheld. Students may also be denied access to other University services until the outstanding account is settled in full, or in exceptional circumstances an acceptable payment arrangement is made. Overdue student accounts that are 120 days past due, will receive a final notice by email and the balance may be forwarded to an external collection agency.
