Once all the examiners have signed the approval pages, the student must submit signed original approval page, a Departmental Clearance for Convocation for Thesis Students form that is appropriately signed, a Thesis Submission Cover Sheet and a Library and Archives Canada Non-Exclusive Licence to Reproduce Theses form, to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The thesis must be submitted electronically to the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Theses Repository, the Vault. All theses will be harvested by the Library and Archives Canada.
Note: Copies of the thesis approval or ethics approval pages with signatures should not be included in the thesis. They need to be submitted as supporting documents.
The student is responsible for the costs of printing and binding the required number of copies of the thesis, and for having the required number of copies bound.
Note: Effective September 28, 2012, all theses must be submitted electronically to the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Theses Repository, the Vault.
Students must continue to pay the appropriate tuition and general fees until all degree requirements, including the submission of the thesis to the Faculty of Graduate Studies, have been completed.
