Days of Significance

Days of Significance

Recognizing human rights, equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility

Explore these days of significance that raise awareness about creating a more equitable, inclusive, and just community. While these days and months are important reminders to honour diversity and learn about history and adversity, we must also be mindful of continuously educating ourselves and taking action.

This is a living calendar, and members of the community are welcome to reach out with additions and updates or to let us know about any errors. For Religious Observances, UCalgary's Faith and Spirituality Centre has a full schedule available - Religious Observance Dates.

To send an inquiry about the calendar, please email equity@ucalgary.ca.
