Biography
Qiao Sun is the senior associate dean (diversity and equity) at the Schulich School of Engineering. Sun is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, and has been with the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà since 1996. She is the recipient of numerous teaching accolades including three awards for the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Professor of the Year. Sun is a past chair of the Schulich School of Engineering's Gender and Diversity in Engineering Committee and an active contributor to events surrounding women in engineering.
