• Offered annually to a high school student entering a degree program at the Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ
• Academic merit
• Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee
• Student whose parent(s), legal guardian(s), or chosen family guardian(s) have never attended a post-secondary institution, either full-time or part-time, in Canada or anywhere in the world; or Student was a Child or Youth in Care in Alberta or equivalent in all Canadian provinces and territories.
