Established in memory of Dr. Judith Sloman, who taught at the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà from 1968 until her death in 1980, to encourage students in her two main areas of academic interest - Women's Studies and Eighteenth Century English Literature.

Award description

  • Offered annually to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in any faculty. Registered full-time but need not be carrying a full course load
  • Academic merit in courses in Eighteenth Century English Literature. Preference given to students who have completed three half courses in Eighteenth Century English Literature over the last two consecutive terms. For applicable courses in English, consult the Department of English.
