Continuing, Contingent Term, Limited Term, Special Limited Term and Pre-Tenure Track academic staff members met the expected standards of performance during the assessment period (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2023).
Academic staff members who were hired from January 1 – June 30, 2023 will not be assessed, but will be provided with a default PTR Increase.

Please note: Faculty 180 has not been updated with the most recent information (e.g. sessional courses, research, etc.). You may manually update your courses, research activities.
However, it is not necessary to use Faculty180 for your APR.
In relation to Progression Through the Ranks, the APR is a free-form 2 to 5 page document, to highlight an academic’s performance in areas such as: teaching, research, service and other additional work. You may opt to download information from Faculty 180 for the period of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023 to include in your APR, but Faculty 180 activity reporting information is not required to submit your APR.
